  • “Services” refers to our suite of data analysis, automation, platform integration, and advisory offerings for business clients.
  • “Client” designates a business, legal entity, or authorized professional using our solutions within South Africa.
  • “Platform” refers to websites, tools, analytics products, or dashboards provided to clients as part of service delivery.

Services may only be used for lawful business purposes by authorized users. Personal, financial, or consumer uses are not permitted.

Eligibility

You must be a duly authorized representative of a business or legal entity to register and use our platform or services.

Platform not intended for personal finance management or private use.

User Responsibilities

To keep services safe and legal, clients agree to the following requirements.

  • Provide accurate and current business information at onboarding and throughout service.
  • Maintain secure login credentials and notify us promptly if unauthorized access is suspected.
  • Follow all instructions, provide requested documents, and engage with our team during each project phase.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and avoid unlawful, abusive, or negligent use.

Certain uses are strictly forbidden and monitored.

  • Scraping, reverse engineering, or tampering with the platform infrastructure.
  • Uploading unlawful, offensive, or confidential third-party information.
  • Attempting unauthorized access, probing, or breaching security systems.
  • Promoting or engaging in fraud, spam, or phony offer campaigns.
  • Using technology in violation of licensing terms or regulatory restrictions.

All content, dashboards, designs, and underlying code remain property of Orielasorin unless otherwise agreed. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable right to use deliverables for business as outlined in each project scope. No reproduction without permission.

Clients may submit relevant business data and materials for assessment and service delivery.

Client Data Rights & Limits:

Clients retain all rights to original business data provided but grant Orielasorin a licence to process for service delivery in line with privacy rules.

No outcomes, improvements, or savings are guaranteed. Service is designed to support professional decision-making only.

Subject to Limitations:

Actual results are context-specific and depend on inputs, existing systems, and sector conditions.

Orielasorin's liability is limited to the fullest extent by law. No responsibility for indirect, consequential, or special damages claimed.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Orielasorin harmless from claims resulting from misuse or unauthorized access.

Any disputes arising are subject to mediation and, if needed, binding arbitration in South Africa.

Arbitration

All matters not resolved by informal negotiation must proceed to arbitration before a neutral panel.

Decisions are enforceable in South African courts.

Business clients may consult independent online dispute services for secondary resolution support.

South African law governs all relationships and disputes under this agreement.

Either party may end engagement in writing if obligations are not met or breach occurs. Outstanding rights and duties survive termination.

Orielasorin may update terms with notice. Use after changes implies continued acceptance.

If any provision is held to be unenforceable, all others remain in effect.

This agreement is the complete contract for service use and prevails over any conflicting prior representations.
